Fake job racket busted in city of Bhopal. The Police has forged letters of airport body and airlines.
Cyber crime branch on Friday busted a fake job racket being operated by online fraudsters in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Primary investigation suggests that the accused duped several job seekers to the tune of around Rs 1.2 crore.
The police seized a lot of latter
Police seized forged:
- Appointment letters of Airport Authority of India
- Indigo Airlines from the call centre
- Along with a computer
- 26 mobile phones
- 34 SIM cards
- Three ATM cards
- Two chequebooks
- A bank passbook

The accused had even printed a fake GST number on the documents and employed six women at the call centre to make calls to job seekers.
- Two prime accused in the case were earlier caught in 2019 on charges of online fraud in Hyderabad and Pauri Gadhwal.
ASP reveals the game
ASP (Cybercrime branch) Ankit Jaiswal said, Bhopal-based Sumit Ahirwar, 24, was cheated by the accused who offered him a fake job opportunity as an executive in the Civil Department at Raja Bhoj Airport Bhopal.

- Later, the accused asked the victim to deposit Rs 8240 as security amount.
- He further, also took Rs. 13,600 towards uniform charges.
- Despite paying all the money, the accused further demanded Rs. 20,600 from the victim on the pretext of verification charges.
So many charges?
As a result, the victim got suspicious and demanded his money back but the accused broke all contacts with him.

- Later the victim approached the cybercrime branch and filed a complaint.
ASP Jaiswal said that acting on complaint police got the account of the accused sealed in which there were Rs. 11,000 balance.
Fake job racket- the five accused
Police nabbed five accused from Ghaziabad UP. They are:

- Atul Kumar
- Govind Kumar
- Abhishek Kumar
- Sachin
- Jitendra.
Atul and Govind are the prime accused in the case. The accused are being interrogated further.
